Yocheved Bensinger-Brody PT, PhD, PCS is a board certified pediatric physical therapist.  She is an Assistant Professor in Touro College’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in NYC, she is a Visiting Scientist at the Institute for Basic Research in Developmental Disabilities in Staten Island, NY, and she is the clinician owner of a pediatric PT practice in northern NJ.  Yocheved graduated with a BS in Physical Therapy from Florida International University, an MA in Movement Sciences from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a PhD in Psychology from the Graduate Center at CUNY.  Yocheved lives with her family in Passaic, NJ, where they are members of Congregation Tifereth Israel.  Yocheved is the proud mother of a child diagnosed with dyslexia who greatly benefited from attending a school that implemented evidence-based approaches for language based learning disabilities and who is now in a mainstream yeshiva high school in Bergen County. Yocheved is passionate about bringing this educational model to the yeshiva community in northern NJ so that many other children can achieve similar success!
